Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who you may call at any time while our kitchen fitter is working on your kitchen renovations. You should always have an up-to-date number for them in case the need arises!
Can I change my existing order?
Unfortunately, kitchen orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.
How can I change my delivery address?
To do this, you will need to email or call our kitchen fitting team directly and provide them with the updated information. They will then pass on your request to our kitchen fitter who will ensure that it is completed for your new date of delivery.
What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?
In this case, our kitchen fitter will leave a delivery card at your property and they’ll also phone you to get in touch. If no one answers the telephone or if there is still nobody home when they visit again on another day, then it’s likely that your kitchen won’t be able to be delivered.
What if my order arrives incomplete?
If the kitchen product you have ordered arrives incomplete, our kitchen fitter will leave a card detailing what is missing. If your kitchen requires further items to be added on at a later date, then all you need to do is call us and let us know which additional products are required – we’ll take care of any associated costs for this too!
What if my product arrives damaged?
In cases where your kitchen item has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition due to being badly packaged or handled during transit, our team will always attempt delivery again free of charge until they can make their way into your home without causing damage. Our dedicated kitchen fitting team also understands that accidents can happen so please don’t worry about asking them to help you with the products should there be any scratches or scuffs upon arrival.
Do I need kitchen worktops installed as soon as possible? Can this be done before my kitchen is finished being built?
Yes! Our kitchen fitting experts can install your kitchen worktops while the rest of your kitchen renovation project is going on around them. This means that once they’re installed, everything else falls into place perfectly to finish off the look of your new luxury kitchen seamlessly!
